*Monthly Membership & Client Policy**

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your $500 monthly membership includes:

- One scheduled photography session per month, up to 60 minutes.
- 12–18 professionally photographed and individually edited images.
- Creative direction and thoughtful visual storytelling aligned with your brand.
- A curated mix of lifestyle, environmental, product, detail, and behind-the-scenes photography, as appropriate for your business.
- A private digital gallery with downloadable, high-resolution images.
- Commercial usage rights for your business's website, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.

SCHEDULING & SESSIONS

Photography sessions are scheduled in advance at a mutually convenient time, subject to availability.

Sessions take place at one agreed-upon location within 20 miles of Fair Haven, NJ. Additional locations, travel, or extended photography time may be quoted separately.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their space, products, and team members are prepared and available at the scheduled time.

Requests to reschedule require at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited at røw's discretion.

Weather-related or unforeseen circumstances will be handled with reasonable flexibility.

IMAGE SELECTION & DELIVERY

røw thoughtfully selects and professionally edits the strongest 12–18 images from each monthly session.

Images are delivered through a private online gallery within 7 business days of the session.

Extensive editing, retouching, object removal, compositing, and additional revisions are not included but may be quoted separately.

MONTHLY BILLING

Membership is $500 per month, billed automatically on the same date each month.

Your first payment secures your membership and allows us to schedule your first session.

Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing date.

FLEXIBILITY & CANCELLATIONS

There is no minimum commitment, long-term contract, or cancellation fee.

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice before your next billing date.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Payments already processed are nonrefundable, and any session included in that period must be completed before the period ends.

Unused sessions, images, or credits do not roll over into future months and have no cash value.

Your membership includes a nonexclusive, perpetual commercial license for your own brand's marketing, digital platforms, advertising, and printed promotional materials.

røw retains copyright and creative ownership of all photographs.

​

Images may not be resold, licensed to third parties, or transferred for another business's independent use without written permission.

røw may feature selected images in its portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
